GROUP D "PRINCIPLES"

In keeping with Improbable's ideology, I have put down some points for us to consider throughout our work together this term. These are terms we should all agree upon at the beginning of our work, and I hope that you read them with consideration, and think about ways of applying them on our work together as a group, or "ensemble." Please, feel free to contribute to the list and suggest your own terms.

- We are an ensemble; equal collaborators in a creative process.
- I am not here to "direct" you. I am here to help you throughout your work process, and to try to share with you some of the experiences I have accumulated during my own practice. I will also learn from you along the way!
- We respect and listen to each other.
- We respect the spaces we work in and all the people who help make our work run smoothly.
- We welcome all contributions and suggestions.
- If there is anything that you do not know or do not understand, do not hesitate to ask.
- There is no such thing as a silly question!
- There is no such thing as a bad idea!
- If there is anything that you do not like; speak out!
- We will always be on time.
- We are all responsible of the group and of the decisions we make.
- Play is an essential part of the work process.
- The collective creation and collaboration are more important than one person’s desire to shine.
- We are not afraid of failure.
- We welcome mistakes.
- We look after each other.
- We are here to learn, work and to have a good time!
